Rover
will be at Dickensfest in Downtown Friday December 5, 6:00 - 10:00 p.m. Haggard
Park, 901 E. 15th, Plano | | | | | . | | . |

And
Yes! we will have Rover
Gift Tickets Available (snazzily and professionally
designed by The
Company Lab) Suitable for stocking stuffers, client
gifts, corporate bribes....
Heck, you might want to get one just to frame
it, as nifty as they look! |
|
| So
don't just sit at home watching that "Yule Log DVD". | |
 | There's
free parking. - Or willikers! Take DART
 to
within 50 feet of us!
(thats
what we're gonna do) |
There's
Music, Singing, Dancing, Sword Fights, Kissing, Carolers... A
Tree Lighting at 7:00 p.m.
 Oh,
wait, did I say sword fights? I meant Foods and Festivities! (Sorry,
I always confuse Dickens with Richard III - ya know, Richard/Dick to his friends: "A
horse, a horse! You'll be visited by three horses." They really are a lot
alike. Anyway...) Lots
of local choirs, bands, dancers, sword fighters, madrigals, and the like: Schedule
Here ..... More
Info Here
And
frankly, it may be just too much fun for us to handle all alone and we'll need
someone to take on the heavy part of the partying for us. I mean, we will be manning
a table after all, and you could run and get us a hot cup of cider and a sword
or two... I mean a snack.... a snack or two.
And to quote Dickens: "God
bless us every one!" said Tiny Tim, the last of all, "Nay, do not
pause, for I did kill King Henry; But twas thy beauty that provoked
me." Oh,
wait.
Oh, never mind.
Okay, they both are usually
played with crutches. So that's confusing, okay?
See
you there! |
